Just providing some functional changing ideas, 0...0...0 could be change if they became overpowered.

Command[edit]

Issue: Useless besides gimmicky Rspike.
Suggestion 1: Function Change to: Elite Chant(8 seconds) 6Adrenaline Allies in earshot gain +0...2...2 attribute. Ends after they use 0...3...4 skill(s).
Suggestion 2: Function Change to: Allies in earshot are unblockable and deal +1...8...10 damage with their next 0...2...2 melee attack skills.


Leadership[edit]

Issue: 30 Recharge time Divine Intervention, and it's a skill cant trigger Leadership.
Suggestion 1: Function Change to: Elite Chant(6 seconds) 6Adrenaline Allies in earshot take 1...8...10 less damage.
Suggestion 2: Decrease to 15 Recharge time, change to chant.
Suggestion 3: Function Change to: Elite Chant(1...5...6 seconds) 4Adrenaline Allies in earshot have 5...29...35% chance to block.


Issue: Not a pretty useful elite to entire team.
Suggestion 1: Function Change to: Elite Chant(1...8...10 seconds) 6Adrenaline Allies in earshot gain 33% more adrenaline and skill activate 25% faster.
Suggestion 2: Function Change to: Allies in earshot gain 1...3...4 adrenaline with their next attack skill, gain 1...3...4 energy with their next non-attack skill.
Suggestion 3: Function Change to: Elite Chant(1...5...6 seconds) 4Adrenaline Allies in earshot attack and move 25% faster.

Suggestion 1: Function Change to: Elite Skill. (10...54...65 seconds) You gain 100% more adrenaline.

Spear Mastery[edit]

Issue: W/P is 100% better than P/any using this.
Suggestion 1: Move to Leadership
Suggestion 2: Function Change to: 8 Adrenaline Elite Spear Attack. Deals +5...25...30 damage. Inflicts Dazed condition (1...5...6 seconds) if you are effecd by chant or shout.


No Attribute[edit]

Issue: ...
Suggestion 1: Decrease to 1 Activation time.
Suggestion 2: Function Change to: You begin weakness (one second for each condition removed).
