Christian Expeditionary Force is an established Christian Guild and the leader of the Christian Expeditionary Force Kurzick Alliance.
More personally we are a group of Christians from many unique and different walks of life, denominations, political views, doctrinal beliefs, and origins. We have players living in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada with some members originally from many distant nations. Despite all of these differences we are united together as brothers and sisters in the Lord through the bond of His love.
The purpose of our Guild and Alliance is to provide a pure Christian family-friendly environment. Our main goal is not outreach as many ministries are, but instead inreach. To fulfill the discipleship command of the Great Commission. We strive to create an environment free of the things that may harm our spiritual well being. Instead we foster an environment welcoming of the Spirit. A safe haven from the darkness of the world (that in the game, and that outside of it) so that believers may fellowship in peace and renew their spirits.
The primary goal of this guild is not to outreach, but instead to raise up, shelter, and train Soldiers of the Cross. In this way we can raise up individuals who themselves are rejuvenated and prepared to effectively lay siege to a fallen world.
Vision
Christian Expeditionary Force maintains the following vision:
- To build:
- a Christian atmosphere free of persecution and condemnation
- a place where Christians may worship, fellowship, and express their faith in the the Lord Jesus Christ freely
- a place of shelter in a worldly game
- a friendly atmosphere
- And to:
- provide a positive Christian influence to new, and mature believers both young and old
- help teach, edify, and reinforce believers so that they can be more effective discples of Christ in and out of the game
- encourage and raise up other Christian guilds, who share a similar vision, in and out of the alliance so that may also do the same

About Us
Christian Expeditionary Force is primarily a PvE guild, but we have been expanding into PvP slowly but surely, as well. Our current roster includes players who have mastered the first 3 campaigns, as well as players who are still completing Prophecies, Factions, or Nightfall for the first time. We like to consider ourselves a fairly balanced group.
Our weekly calendar often consists of a myriad of items, which often include weekly GvG or PvP scrimmages, Alliance Battles, Team Arenas, Duel Of The Houses Faction Farming, Fissure Of Woe, Sorrow's Furnace, SS/LB farming, weekly Monday Master's Missions where we do a mission that is needed the most by guildies each week for masters, as well as other various events. We have monthly contests and a variety of smaller on-the-fly group "events" that are often organized by various guild members.
Our guild loves to lend a helping hand to those within our flock. It is not too uncommon to see someone just open their chest and offer a new player a new max gold item to help him along...or see an experienced guild member take his character and his level 20 heros to Shing Jea Island or Istan and help a new player out with a beginning mission.
But more importantly is our community. Our guild exists outside the game, deep within the hearts of each other. We are all unified through Jesus Christ, and with that brotherly bonding, we are there for each other in every aspect possible. We exhort one another. We pray for and with one another. We counsel one another. We teach one another. Our aim is be there for one another in all aspects, from game-related items to even the deepest spiritual things. Some of our guild member's best friends are people that they have met in Guild Wars and have grown close to over the time the guild has existed. It is these friendships that have the longest lasting effects within our lives.
We are brothers in Christ, unified even further by playing a game together, doing our best to glorify our God in our gaming and in our lives.
