When RIP had it's moment of despair in the ever dropping member count, the officers called for a meeting to decide how to liven things up once more. Eventually, most officers requested to up the requirements for joining RIP but things never got this far. We didn't look inviting enough. However, when they proposed a new Guild within the alliance, designated to bring out the High-End players and collect them in a High-End guild, opinions were scattered. If one was to leave RIP to create a new Guild specifically for High-End, they had to stay out of RIP for at least 6 months. If they failed, they would not be able to return.

This stong opposing rule made the original proposers grow more wary about what they played at and did no longer opt for said idea. What they didn't see coming was that the co-leader of RIP had gone and went to create a new Guild; Dirge In Elysium, to support this plan. This was rubbed in the faces of the officers that had chickened out and [DIE] was born.

Months later, [DIE] was suffering from mass inactivity. Without the core that had the plans, this Guild had to rely on any recruit they could get their hands on, which backfired in the end. Leadership was then offered to one that wished it and if nobody, the Guild would have been disbanded. Two officers of RIP, who were more than happy to save [DIE] from downfall took over and ever since, are planning to turn Dirge in Elysium into the High-End Guild it was meant to become.

We hope that more players on Guild Wars see that High-End can also be executed with a lot of fun and a friendly community.

To DIE or not to DIE, the choice is yours!

Recruitment

We are currently looking at a low member count, but if you have faith in [DIE] and at least access to HM on all campaigns, drop anyone of us a whisper and we'll send an invite right up. We must warn you, we don't appear to be the most serious looking Guild, but what we can do justifies our little community.
