Mission Statement
Disturbed Ducks [QWEK] was formed by a core of like-minded people who were unhappy with the direction their previous guild was taking. From its conception we have prided ourselves on democracy. Any major decisions, such as who to appoint as leader, what to call ourselves, our guild rules and guidelines etc have been suggested and voted on by all members. This system serves us well, ensuring that everyone has a say in what matters and that at least most of us get what we want most of the time.
We are a European guild with around 30 active members. Our aim is not to be a large guild where nobody knows each other, rather, we strive to maintain a friendly community where people can log on and expect a warm welcome. We are primarily an over 18's guild as we insist on a certain level of maturity, respect and cooperation from all of our members. However, we also appreciate that age is not necessarily a reflection of maturity and have a number of youngsters in the roster who have proved this.
QWEK has interests in both PvE and PvP. We do not discriminate between players with more experience and those with less. If a member wants to join in on our TA or HA outings and doesn't have the necessary skills or experience we adapt to fit them in. Win or lose, we want ALL Qwekies to have fun and welcome members to join in every aspect of the game regardless of experience or ability.

- Turaan Tolgerias - A PVP oriented officer whos always willing to help out with PVP but doesn't shy away from helping guild members in PVE. A member of the winning hall of heroes team
- Dyra Muaai - Standard member of the guild from the UK but now lives in Japan
