Management
In [GOT], you will find a unique system of management. Where other guilds have a dictatorial Guild Leader, with some slaves as his officers, [GOT] has a whole management team. This team consists of a few officers, who act as Guild Leaders (yes, that is in fact an increment in dictators). The management team is supported by a few 'normal' officers.
This system brings forth some advantages over the more conventional management systems. All problems occuring by only having one Guild Leader who can be offline for a while, are eliminated by having multiple 'Guild Leaders'. As all members of the management team have access to the account assigned as Guild Leader (which acts as a guild storage), issues which require an actual Guild Leader can be dealt with way sooner.
The Officers
[GOT] currently has five officers, including two members of the management team.
