Recruitment
The Ambassadors of Pain accepts ALL members, irregardless of experience, as long as they will at least be loyal, mature, and friendly. After a member has been with us for a while, if he/she is interested in recruiting, he/she may become an officer.
Goal
The goal of AoP is to be a non-demanding guild, that irregardless if you're a super-active faction donor, or someone who barely logs on every week, we will accept you into the guild as long as you are loyal, mature, and friendly. We are against the large-guild-that-is-too-big-to-talk-to-you approach, and believe that a guild should be based around community, and less around how powerful and big the guild is game-wise.
