<font="Arial">Voices in the Wind was founded in late October 2005. The guild consists of players of different ages playing for fun.
Core Beliefs
1. Respect:
Respect your guild members and other players (i.e. we will not be flaming the other team when suffering defeats in GvG. Or our own guild members for any eventual mistakes made in the heat of the battle.).
When you wear that cape with our symbol on it you are a representative of the guild and your actions become our actions as a whole. Remember that.
2. Common Sense:
This ties into respect. DO NOT mistreat others as you would not wish to be so treated. DO NOT seek to deliberately take advantage of other players (this also means no cheating, exploiting or scamming in GW).
Knowledge of how to conduct yourself is important, i.e. we all get angry from time to time, but if in disagreement know when it is important to think before lashing out.
3. Community
A guild needs a sense of understanding and empathy towards each other. Interaction between members is really encouraged (such as social events, group missions, GvGing etc.. ) and is a key strength of VW. Act as a team and not as a lone wolf and you will improve yourself and the guild. This is what being a part of a guild is all about.
Recruitment
For our recruits, we expect them to have read through our Core Beliefs and that they have a good look around on our forum and website. Players can apply to the guild using our forum. After posting an application, the officers will contact the new recruit in game for a short interview if they find it interesting.
