Issue at hand

Uchiha Lena (talk • contribs • logs • block log) stands accused of repeatedly violating GWW:NPA, and persistent harassment of various members of the community, including but not limited to User:White wasabi, User:Gaile Gray, and User:Wafflez, often ignoring requests to stop and warnings by members of the community, as well as administrators. He has repeatedly shown a disruptive attitude toward the community, and a total disrespect for the policies that govern this space.

• Decline. I feel an ArbComm has been rendered moot at this point. It was more of a sysop issue than an ArbComm issue to begin with, and given that the sysops have since acted, an ArbComm would have little left to do besides second-guessing that action. Of course, Lena, like any user, is free to try to appeal his ban if he chooses, but that is a separate matter that should go through the sysops first. - Tanetris 00:05, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
