New Tonics[edit]

These have a bit of a problem, there is 3 basic base images for the tonics, and the same for the everlasting, they all have a red base colour in the dat file. Then it seems another colour layer is applied over the top depending which tonic it is. eg Boreal is blue. So for example to get the everlasting Boreal tonic I had to apply the colour section of a screenshot over the base section of the dat extracted everlasting icon to get a nice almost clean image. --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 15:41, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

We normally use texmod for such images. It extracts the icons including the "color mask". Does that mean you didn't use texmod for the everlasting borreal tonic? I'm just wondering, as it doesn't have a shade... —ZerphatalkThe Improver 15:46, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Ah, No I didn't use texmod, I can't get it to work on my comp, just get the D'Oh error message. I pulled the icon out of the dat then cut out the blue section from a screenshot of the icon and lined it up and pasted it over the top. --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 15:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
From the designers stand point its easy to just slap another color on a tonic...Dominator Matrix 15:57, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Well yes we realise that... --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 15:57, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
(Edit conflict x2) ok. I'll rv my last edit then. I fortunately never received the D'oh-message and can use it. :P —ZerphatalkThe Improver 15:58, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

64x64 mini icons[edit]

I uploaded them all but one, but imo most of the others look alot better than the ones I upped, so feel free to revert them if needed. Fall 14:05, 25 July 2008 (UTC)

Why that? It's the same icon quality with more whitespace. 64x64px size is preferable imo as this creates uniformity. Miniature icons in User:Wynthyst/Template/Miniatures for example look a better when having a default 64x64px format rather then partly being enlarged. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 16:34, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
The litch, joko ect look really blurry now : / Fall 16:35, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
Ah, don't worry - that's only a wiki bug. You currently see the old image enlarged to the file size of the latest upload. They will look better in a few days ;) —ZerphatalkThe Improver 16:40, 25 July 2008 (UTC)

celestial miniatures[edit]

are you sure it isn't down to the backgrounds of your backpack? --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 20:57, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

When you make the background black they look like they do in game. --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 21:00, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
oh, right i didn't consider that. though as smurf said, they would normally slightly different, though. :P —ZerphatalkThe Improver 10:20, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Promotional weapons[edit]

Perhaps we could ask Emily for icons and renders for these preferentially since they are so hard find around, especially the asian ones? Jennalee 14:43, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

News icons[edit]

Hello, I have 4 images for the wiki : http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/6798/12409993910458ef20.png http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/1342/1240938270001d01c0.png http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/6209/124093827006d5bc20.png http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/9703/1240938270069c9860.png

Can you upload these please ? Thanks. --Four-Leaf Clover.png ¤ Ratchet Ranger ¤ 10:37, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Thankyou for these, however they have all already been uploaded, there are some caching issues in some cases where the icons are still displaying a previous version of the image, but I assure you in time these will rectify out. --LemmingUser Lemming64 sigicon.png 11:48, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
