- Increased recharge to 12 seconds.
Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this enchantment, any hex cast on target ally takes twice as long to cast. When Holy Veil ends, one hex is removed from target ally.

- Decreased Energy cost to 5.
- Decreased casting time to 1 second.
- Increased recharge to 10.
- Added additional effect of removing a Hex when it expires.
- This enchantment spell's skill description is updated to correctly specify target allies.
