- Increased damage to 5...41...50 per second; reduced casting time to 1.5 seconds; added the following functionality: "If you are Overcast, this spell strikes nearby foes instead of adjacent ones."
Spell. For 5 seconds, foes adjacent to the location where this spell was cast are struck for 5...41...50 fire damage. If you are Overcast, this spell strikes nearby foes instead of adjacent ones.
