Most Wanted Am Fah 3 is a squat block that informs members of the Jade Brotherhood about one of their biggest enemies.

Most Wanted Am Fah #3: Meynsang the Sadistic. Long lost to madness, this "creature" is more beast than man. Gave his own family over to creatures of the great plague to prove his worth to the Am Fah. Believed to be the head torturer for the Am Fah.
