Of Valor is a weapon upgrade that grants 45-60 extra maximum health while under the effects of a hex. When the wielder is hexed, they gain 45-60 extra current health instantly. When wielder is no longer hexed, the 45-60 extra health is lost along with the bonus to the maximum health.
