The Poisonous Stinger is the venomous stinger of a Plague Devourer. Its poison has to be extracted in order to brew an antidote.

Gained by killing the Plague Devourer in Lakeside County.

- The Plague Devourer drops two stingers, but each player needs only one. When going solo, you can discard the other one, when going with a partner, feel free to share the other one if none was assigned for them.
