Born in Santa Monica, California, USA. Being a professional voice actor and dubbed as "The King of Anime", he is well known for his works in video games and anime.

Steve Blum is credited for providing the voices for Justiciar Hablion, the male player character in Guild Wars Prophecies and Guild Wars Factions, and Pyre Fierceshot in Guild Wars Eye of the North along with Courier Torivos in Guild Wars Factions.
