I don't like this skill. Raptaz 14:01, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

While it may seem the effect would end when you used an attack skill, it wont end until you use an attack skill on someone with >50% health That's not true. Tested on the Barrels. Halogod35 18:15, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
Also, I found this in the skill trainer in Kandamm. Halogod35 18:17, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

Never mind, I never knew it said above 50% health. Halogod35 18:24, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, this is pretty nice spike if you have 2 warriors/assassin/dervish and 2 paragons/rangers against a monk who just healed himself above 50% and thought he was OK for a bit, or just for smashing down the next called target after the current one dies. Just shout it and it will stay on until you hit someone above 50% health or time runs out, pretty cool. Elder Angelus 20:58, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
"This chant is triggered the next time you hit a foe above 50% health with an attack skill." Seriously, why do we need this there, it says it in the description.Crimmastermind 08:43, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Good skill for energy management since...well it doesnt cost energy and you get some by Leadership. Agreed with above statement. Removing.--ShadowFog 19:35, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Because maybe people think that it will end regardless of enemy health on their next attack skill?

Spirits[edit]

Too sexy on a team with an offensive spirit spammer--Justice 01:29, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

duh. removing the note, because practically any shout that works on all allies is going to work well on a wall of spirits. 90.206.126.168 11:33, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
Like 3 chants work with offensive spirits. Two of them are conditions (one is elite) and those dont stack. This skill will always add dmg in that Anthem of Envy wont cancel until duration or condition has been met. Infact, im willing to bet Anthem of Envy works better with a single offensive spirit spammer then a team filled with physicals. The fact that you removed that note over the beastial mauling note says something about your gameplay. Justice 02:13, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

This works on spirits? Does this mean their basic ranged attack counts as use of an attack skill? 50.27.211.203 23:03, 29 September 2011 (UTC)

They don't have 'basic attacks', they use attack skills. You can see this if you select an attacking spirit, it will cast it's attack skill over and over. For example, the spirit Pain uses the Pain (attack) skill. To answer your question: yes, this skill works on spirits (and so do similar skills like Anthem of Disruption). Synergy with Barrage/Dual Attacks/Double Strikes?[edit]

Will the damage bonus from this skill trigger multiple times for skills such as Barrage and Assassin Dual Attacks/Double Strikes?CarBENbased 15:17, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

I suppose it should since it states "...with their next attack skill.", it states "...skill" so it supposes to affect that skill damage bonus and not "the next attack".--ShadowFog 15:35, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

so it should work on triple shot, since its one attack skill, the +20dmg will add to each arrow? making +60dmg?would be quite leet:) ~~VALAR~~

No it doesn't. Each arrow counts as a seperate attack and the anthem only effects one "hit". ~ WELL HELLO Chao 19:39, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

lol[edit]

Black Bear's Brutal Mauling will trigger the effect of this skill.
Black Bear's Brutal Mauling.
Try pronouncing it. Paddymew 15:52, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
I pronounced it. What am I missing? 71.194.87.164 03:54, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
