Paragon skill updates (hard to Vanquish)[edit]
After the recent update to paragon skills, this guy makes me wish I had finished vanquishing the Desolation earlier. x.x Zoe 06:27, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Frozen Soil | Nature's Renewal | Tranquility | Brambles | Edge of Extinction | Earthbind | Displacement | optional |
- Pump your Expertise, Wilderness Survival, and Communing. Drop spirits when allies are in Wurms. Wall hug along the sulfurous haze (my experience shows that it does, in fact, not kill you, provided you wall hug properly.) to move with the team and drop spirits. These things in HM are a curse.
- Who's great idea was it to give these guys two resurrect skills? Especially when 3 of them spawn in a group with an acolyte, the fight goes on forever if you don't have frozen soul. (like when you're in the junundu)141.149.186.92 13:08, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
- We shall return was not originally a res skill, it only helped the res they had... but yes preparing some anti res skills in your party before going out is indeed a good idea... I kinda like how hard it is to stop these guys from comming back, makes em feel more undeadish... 192.203.160.241 13:59, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
- Fuck these guys. Fuck their hats. Fuck their couches. Fuck the horses they rode in on.
- These things (along with Roaring Ethers) are the bane of my existence. Prior to today, the the worst mob I can recall contained 3 Cavaliers and 2 Acolytes, which takes forever to take down in a worm (i.e. no Frozen Soil). Today I ran into minimum 5 (probably 6) Cavaliers and at least 1 Acolyte while vq'ing The Sulfurous Wastes. There really should be a limit on the number of these foes in any one mob. - Got a group with 4 cavaliers today. Nearly failed the vanq due to the amount of DP i accrued in the 10 minutes or so it took to finally kill them all.
