Acquisition[edit]
- Sayad the Bloodless (Gates of Kryta)
- Abijah the Decayed (D'Alessio Seaboard)
- Dahr the Diseased (Nebo Terrace)
- Ghita Bonz (Divinity Coast, Majesty's Rest)
Notes[edit]
- This skill creates a Spirit of Extinction.
- This skill does not affect creatures with no creature type, such as most Titans (with the exception of titans in the Domain of Anguish).
- Beware of the possible backfire of this skill on your party or allied NPCs.
- M.O.X., Jora, Pyre Fierceshot, Ogden Stonehealer, Vekk and Zhed Shadowhoof are respectively golem, norn, charr, dwarf, asura and centaur heroes. If using this skill, use those heroes rather than other human heroes of the same profession, as long as the area doesn't have other members of the same type (i.e. avoid using Pyre while in the Charr Homelands and Ascalon areas, Ogden while in the Southern and Northern Shiverpeaks, and Zhed when in the Maguuma Jungle; Jora is generally safe since Avarr the Fallen and Johon the Oxflinger are the only Norn foes you can kill).
- Not all allied human NPCs are considered the same creature type for the purposes of this ritual. For example, service NPCs (collectors, merchants, etc) and many non-hostile NPCs (including allies but not henchmen party members) each have their own species category separate from both each other and players.
- This skill is particularly lethal to minions, as most of them will already be below the 90% health requisite due to their innate health degeneration.
- Consider using with disease, as it also affects members of the same type and allows to reach the 90% requisite more easily.
- As with all nature rituals, being in range of 2 EoE spirits does not increase the damage - only the stronger EoE takes effect.
- If 2 creatures are each in range of a different EoE (and each other), the EoE that deals damage will be the one in range of the creature that died.
Trivia[edit]
- The functionality of this skill has changed since its introduction; see its skill history for details.
