"For all attributes"[edit]
Shouldn't the caster weapons say "all primary spellcasting attributes"? Or can they be crafted for the common attributes too? My point is really, you are unlikely to find a Scepter to be crafted which has a Tactics req. BlazeRick 08:43, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

- Yes, you can change the inscriptions and all other upgrades on them. The shields exist for Tactics, Strength, Command and Motivation. Not sure if they come with a +30 HP mod or -5/20, it was one of them. --Longasc 09:38, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Norn Crafter for Destroyer Weapons?[edit]
Is this not odd? Destroyers are seen using this kind of weapons, especially the shield, quite often. And now we have a Norn faker that makes us replicas of them or what? ;) --Longasc 09:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

I cant tell by the map :s And it doesnt say, what level can he be found on?
How the hell do you get there? Ive finished eotn yet i cant seem to find anywhere called this?! This section doesnt help a bit.

Accessibility[edit]
Confirmed that you can buy weapons from him without completing the dungeon or doing any quests. I have Eye of the North finished, so I just walked right in from Umbral Grotto and bought my weapon--didn't even have an active quest for Slaver's Exile. ---Lord Glathil Rituos 65.27.62.178 08:26, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
