- I think 5 energy will make it a bit OP against physical damage dealers, only because of the 3 second recharge. the blind can be removed, but re-applied within about 2 seconds, considering the time it takes to apply condition removal. the 10 energy would add some pressure to the casters energy pool, making it somehwat possible to counter it. ~

Still completely inferior to what it once was, now you can only blind one person with it, nuking your energy by spamming it, instead of being able to spread the blind across the other team's physicals.71.120.177.27
