Health Sacrifice for a Self Heal...[edit]

It's still a pretty efficient self heal if you don't die before it runs out, and it fits well in builds that already focus on mitigating health sacrifices. It can easily be the only healing skill an MM or an Orders necro needs. Necromas 22:56, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

At the start of battle, maintain blood bond on 4 people, and then when you're almost 25% use blood ritual and it'll cover for blood bond for a few while giving you low health. GO GO GO use Balance on opposing noob for lolwut damage. Maintain Life Siphon and blood bond on everyone. If you can't use grenth's balance cause your team is doing lol damage to them but you're not living, use unholy feast. Always use foul feast for self heal and unlimited energy pool. Blood Renewal/Grim Cesta Combo[edit]

I found a Grim Cesta through trading in singed gargoyle skulls that gives me +45 health (enchanted) so when I use Blood Renewal it takes around 60 health and then i get +45 from the cesta. So really I only lose around 15 health, then I get an amazing regen thats eventually followed up with a pretty big instant heal. Add in the fact that you can immediately follow up the use of Blood Renewal with a Vampiric Touch/Gaze, and it makes you pretty hard to kill. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Dkevinscalf (talk).

Health gain vs. Healing[edit]

in pre seering i noticed that i gain health instead of sacreficing 15%. i'm lvl 10 with 295 health, when i use BR, i gain 45h and regen from 295 to 340 health after 7 seconds (skill ends ) I have again 295 and get healed for another 80. So I can't kill me using this skill.
tested this in post seering with a level 20 and there i do sacrefice 15%

Great for Presearing[edit]

This skill is pretty decent for presearing. I have a w/n, that is almost impossible to kill when I keep br up infinitely. 71.139.21.52 03:56, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
