I'm removing the trivia about the Chromatic Scale. It is not a pun at all, it's simply a consequence of game mechanics: drakes drop scales, and these drakes are called Chromatic Drakes. Hence, Chromatic Scales. It's not a pun. KStarfire 07:17, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

This would be a great question to pose to Linsey. Drakes can drop scales, but I haven't (yet) been able to find any other special scale types dropped by drakes - no Obsidian Furnace Scale, River Scale, Lightning Scale, Grand Scale, Sand Scale, etc. This name seems to be cleverly chosen exactly because it could be a cutesy pun. --Ralmon the Gen-- 08:58, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

aren't you exaggerating a bit? in fact there is only a minor resemblance imo. shape and color are similar, but that's certainly just a little coincidence. —ZerphaThe Improver 17:21, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Farming in Battledepths

This may be obvious to most, but bringing a mesmer with Visions of Regret will make farming these things way faster if they are in a group. I've been farming them in the Battledepths and they are all in big groups, so this makes getting scales very easy and fast. FloppyJoe 18:47, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

A Good Deed et al

Tested if nicks not be there if gwen is in party like the other note said he wasn't, he was there. However with quests changes that. If A Good Deed was done up to the Speak with Norn metallurgist step. With gwen, no nick in his spot. Fixed wrong newly added note to reflect this. He is normally there even with gwen for my one other character. Then another that has done A Good Deed and WIK and is somewhere in the Hearts of the North dialogues chain he also won't appear if gwen is there.
