Getting there[edit]
I neither had Kormir in my party (never even had her on any character on my account) nor did I have to dance to open the passage to Dasha Vestibule, I do believe completion of a certain main quest or mission is required (one before the grand court and after tihark, I think I tried before calling the order which would mean it's either calling the order, dzagonur or pledge of the merchant princes. - Read the 2nd paragraph of "Getting there" section carefully then look at the map on how to reach that spot. You can start from wherever you want. Honur Hill is just the nearest. -- ab.er.rant
