yes it does there's one for sell in the guru high end, also thefrosty and grenchie drop year round so you willbe seeing them pop up more often as time goes on. and the everlasting frosty wasnt from fow, nor have i seen someone claiming to have gotten it from there --Therangergod(talk) 16:29, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

I'm sorry.. I meant the Yuletide tonic. I don't see why people claim it drops all year round though. I haven't seen any reports of these tonics being dropped except around the time of the events they relate to. -- Karasu (talk) 19:47, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

FWIW, there's a thread on Guru about it, and it does seem that it rewards points per use. It's obviously an oversight on the designers' part, and I'm supposing it will be rectified rather quickly now that it's out in the open. --Kokuou 00:29, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
