Apparently his axe is a stygian reaver — Skuld 00:48, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

I dunno how to edit the page, Claws Of the Kinslayer- 15^50 daggers, 3/1 vampiric +30 hp

Items Dropped[edit]

Friend and I tried to re-word this section because it made it seem like every time you opened the chest you were guaranteed at least one of those greens when that's not the case. We did this dungeon quite a few times and the only thing we noticed that we got each and every time was a Diamond. The other item was either a gold, a green, a Diamond or an Onyx Gemstone. Items dropped would go under Chest of Burrows, items dropped here would be items that she herself drops. On that note i received an Elite Ranger Tome from her, even though she is an Assassin. The Only Warrior 12:20, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

You mean, you got the Elite Ranger Tome from one of the Frostmaw Spawn that spawn with her, right? -- 12:18, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

I'm a total wiki editing noob... but in a run about a year ago, she dropped a warrior tome for a party member. Totally forgot I had a screen of it. Sorry for clutter and positioning. 02:41, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

Lews Therin[edit]

FINALLY, a reference to the wheel of time! TY ANET! -TehBuG-

Unlikely. Removing. -Auron 10:04, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
I doubt it as well. It is just a general term refering to killing one's kin(family). That is like saying I got my name from "Bloody Mary" and any other such adjectives. AndersTheBloody 16:22, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
I dont see any connection to wheel of time really. --Xeeron 11:19, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
I don't see much kin slaying from him :( Master Saji 23:28, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Hes called the kinslayer cuz he killed that chicks husband, the 1 that said, my husband left me for a bone minion or something

He, she... It?[edit]

Given how GW wurms are a lot more simmilar to worms than to dragons, i think it would be safe to say that they are not he or she, but it. Worth a spelling change, or just leave it as it is for now?--Fighterdoken 03:28, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

"Don't linger over my wounds. Death comes for me, and I welcome its cold embrace. If you seek the ghastly wurm, you must lure her from the mountains." <- quest dialogue during Cold Vengeance. Seems like a female to me. Vili User talk:Vili 03:30, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
You enrage it by killing it's offspring. Offspring. Offspring. Offspring. Offspring. b.r // talk 03:31, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
I don't see what the "offspring" is supposed to mean, but i think the dialogue is a good enough reason for the current state of the article then.--Fighterdoken 16:45, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
When was the last time your dad had offspring? :\ Vili User talk:Vili 04:00, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Offspring is just a general term for children. I am (unfortunately) my father's offspring. Saberhagen19 px(My Talk) 16:24, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
When was the last time your dad gave birth to offspring? b.r // talk 02:09, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

well when a mommy and a daddy love either other, daddy impregnates the mommy, the baby will grow in the mommys stomach, and in 9 months. THEIR offspring pops out, and thats how a baby is made ^_^' cute.-- 21:47, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Ever seen Alien? Paddymew 16:40, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
When a mommy and a daddy have a predator/prey relationship, mommy spawns jumping horseshoe crabs that plant eggs in daddy's digestive tract, the baby will grow in daddy's stomach, and in a few days. THEIR offspring bursts out, and thats how a xenomorph is made ^_^' i still have nightmares.-- 16:47, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
Lol. I love it when a story about parenthood turns into alien vs preditor...Flaming Hot Chilli 06:27, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

You know...worms actually have body parts of both genders. Maybe the dialogue reflects Frostmaw the Kinslayer like many people refer to their barbeque grills or cars as feminine. Than 17:50, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Also there is no dialogue saying "You enrage it by killing her offspring that she gave birth to." And it's a worm, k. May as well be arguing about why sailors refer to their boats as 'she'. ~ WELL HELLO Chao 16:24, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Late response i know but its because their boat is the only woman theyre allowed to ride at sea. Duh. --Master BriarUser Briar Sig 2.jpg 12:21, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
As opposed to all the other women they meet while at sea? » User Keneth sig.pngKeneth O'Connor, 11:05, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Unlikely Trivia[edit]

But Frostmaw is named in the IWD2 'Wyrm's Maw' item description, found it a bit novel. [1] Tidas 07:05, 21 May 2010 (UTC)

Note on the Two Drops[edit]

It says on th Chest of Burrow page "will receive one Lockpick and one item from the drop list in normal mode (2 in hard mode)." If that is true shouldn't we change the listed drops on the notes from two items into one lockpick and one item. Forgot to sign. 02:40, 20 September 2010 (UTC)

she's also found in Lornar's pass in gw2, labeled as "champion frostmaw" [2][3] -- 23:55, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
