Picture[edit]

Get a better one? At first glance the lakes seem to be connected by a sliver of land. In reality there is some distance between them. The Emmisary 19:54, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Old comment, but if you click on the picture you'll see that it's actually 2 pictures cropped to show both bodies of water while maintaining the given space for the image and the ability to make out detail. Daeheru 21:49, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
Still should get a new picture though - the picture up is of the old map, which has no river to the north. -- Konig/talk 21:58, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

Speculation : Soon to be Explorable Area?[edit]

Now that Thackeray swam across Giants Basin and MIGHT have been captured is annyone else anxiously hoping/waiting for Giant's Basin to become Explorable? Perhaps they'll open up Demetra (now that the White Manthle have been beaten) and from there we'll be able to enter Giants Basin. It's big enough for a Explorable Area or two and with the amount of content Anet has been throwing at us i do hold a slight hope for it. What do other people think? --- Oremir 00:36, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

Doubt it on multiple reasons: 1) Giant's Basin is water, there's no swimming in GW1 and it is impossible due to the lack of z-axis. 2) The Live Team doesn't have the manpower to create completely new areas. Not without taking time and work from GW2 at least. 3) If we were going to see Demetra, they would of made it a dungeon-like area (easier to do + no affect on cartographer so no Q_Q'ing over having to do more work) and simply rework the BMP map and have had it released during the War in Kryta. -- Konig/talk 01:10, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

about the dialouge[edit]

where does it play exactly? the page is very unclear 87.68.56.248 16:23, 24 September 2010 (UTC)

Just northeast of the Ascalon Settlement - there's a peacekeeper boss there normally. Made it a bit more clear. -- Konig/talk 19:40, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
