French shouts[edit]
Are there really spaces before the exclamation marks in the French versions of the shouts, or is that some sort of transcription error? I took French and I don't remember any rule like that... --Rainith 17:05, 26 April 2007 (EDT)
- Just checked in game, they really have spaced before the exclamation marks. No clue why. --Dirigible 17:10, 26 April 2007 (EDT)
- Hi, it is because, in French, there is ALWAYS a space between the last letter of a sentence and any exclamation mark, question mark, colon or semi-colon; that's the rule in French language. There are however several known mistranslations of shouts in French: some of them (not all of them) lack double-quotes; it's been like that since Prophecies was released and it was never ever fixed for unknown reasons. - This week-end update fixed the most blattant mistranslations of skill names in French :
- Chargez ! → "Chargez !"
- Vous mourrez ! → "Vous mourrez !"
- A genoux ! → "A genoux !"
- Pour la justice ! → "Pour la justice !"
- Vous êtes seul ! → "Vous êtes seul !"
- Harpon de convulsion → Crocs incisifs
- That's the ones I've noticed.
- Concerning French, besides any other mistralation I may not be aware of, all what's left are missing accents on capitals letters and some other special characters (eg : "A genoux !" → "À genoux !" ; Coeur d'ombre → Cœur d'ombre). However since these errors apply as well to every single ingame text (quest, profession, bossname, dialogs, etc...), this is unlikely to be ever fixed. Jaxom 04:32, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Largest page in GWW[edit]
This page wins the prize for the longest page in the GWW, in fact probably ever! --Lemming64 00:53, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Korean Dissonance[edit]
Why are there two Korean translations for 'Dissonance'? Can they be merged into just one box so that the skill isn't repeated twice? Jarus 11:16, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
Update[edit]
I think this page should be updated with Eye of the North skills --Grethort 14:54, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
Missing....[edit]
What, no Bork Bork Bork? (Just kidding) That page must have taken for ever to create. LeFick 16:24, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Needs split very badly[edit]
It took my computer five minutes to load this page, and I'm sure it would be longer for others. This is the longest page on the wiki by far, and it's length also makes it slightly illegible and confusing. This should be near-top priority for splitting.--MP47 (Talk) (Contr.) 02:57, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
- The article is from Anet, so I guess that's why people haven't been editing it much. But I'd support a split. Backsword 17:15, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- By splitting this page by profession we would be able to add information like internal link and/or icon. I'd support too.
Having a link to the skill page[edit]
I'm french and I usually use this page to find a skill by its french name. In order to be more partical it would be great to have a link on each row to the skill page.
Make them sortable, please[edit]
Could someone add class="sortable" to thoses tables so it can be easily sort ? Just paste it after every {{STDT}} separated by a space. Or i could do it if you want. TulipVorlax
