It uses the same description as Dragon Festival Grab Bag and Wintersday Grab Bag; however, unlike the NPC collectors that offer those grab bags, Qili (who offers the Lunar Festival Grab Bag) doesn't also offer festival hats, so that description can be confusing. --Silver Edge 07:28, 2 February 2013 (UTC)
