This skill is awesome. --Lou-SaydusHow dare you put that damned dirty thing on me! 00:31, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
I bet you 10 energy that i can hit this arrow between your eyes 06:24, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Lolo. But srsly this+spinal shivers iz gud. Dark Morphon(contribs) 14:08, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
This skill is useful when there is not a blinder on the other team. I ran against a MW ranger in Fort Aspenwood with Ineptitude and just killed his energy. Inept no longer interrupts the attack, so he just launched several 1/2s shots and killed his energy. FleshAndFaith 21:23, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
i think this skill needs a buff --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:66.189.88.246 (talk).

not really much usage for it, imo. [[ Even at 0 expertise, using this skill with a flatbow or shortbow will be as if you had +7.5 pips of energy regeneration on top of your base energy regeneration (of course, if all attacks hit). ]] where the hell would you need the energy for if you're a ranger without shivers of dread etc.? only thing i see now is 0 expertise, 12 wilderniss survival, 12+1+2 marksmanship high damage, trapper etc. but still traps would cost immense energy (10/25th) would like some of your ideas on ussage on this one. if you don't mind 86.91.141.232 19:32, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

You can use it in combination with a bunch of 1/2 second arrow attacks [sundering, penetrating, power, etc.] and just roll your face on those skills for damage as a ranger if you're bored.
I'm using it on my W/R for E-management, and it's working pretty good so far. I still need to test it some more and finetune the build, but it's nice. I don't really understand why they put it in Expertise, though. A Ranger speccing in Expertise doesn't need this kind of E-management. DevilJinKazama 23:04, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
I use this skill to Vanquish, HM missions, high end places, and the reason for all of this is simple. You can spam high energy skills(PvE only skills, necro ench removal, hell bring shouts if it tickles your fun gland.) and an int and never run low on energy. Simple fix on blind or miss or w/e they throw at you. Stop Attacking. Does blind hurt this skill so much more than any other build that attacks? The only downside of this skill is PvP when people are smart enough to dodge arrows. Glad to set all this straight. PS:My vanilla build with this is Sundering Attack/Penetrating Attack, Asuran Scan, "You Move Like a Dwarf!" and Savage Shot Da Sonic 03:59, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
Surely this isn't too bad at Fort Aspenwood(Kurzick) against turtles? If you can't hit a turtle you shouldn't be a ranger, full stop. Also, blind isn't too common there, people tend to focus more on AoE damage, Spike etc. so the only problem is kiting players, but that can be somewhat solved if you use Pin Down. Medlar

make maintainable pls.[edit]

elite preperations should be maintainable. would be good if it was MAINTAINABLE. Scar Of The Lotus 16:38, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

Still wouldn't be that good... || DarkMugen 01:18, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

with Needling Shot...[edit]

You have a really good way of E-management. Though the Needling Shot will disable your other attack skills for a short period of time, using this plus, say, Poison Tip Signet leads to a good amount of damage, and degen. People who don't like this clearly haven't tried it. Taka Ragranok 06:09, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
