- Excellent explanation there, sir. It's not overpowered. If it was in an attribute other than Mysticism, I'd agree. But only Dervishes can use it. Since only one profession can have this equipped, it should be very easy to take care of. BmLeyt 21:14, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Good for PVE, especially for dervish tanks with avatar of balthazar, making them less dependent on monks.
- Even more

Synergy[edit]
While i aggree that Victorious is a stretch for synergy on this skill, i think that a Vampiric weapon, Which provides health on hit, Does have alot of synergy here. Im not gonna start a revert war with this guy cuz ive seen his history with skills. So, Please discuss. Briar 05:25, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Synergy is two effects combining to make something greater than if they were used separately, not effects that do the same thing. For example, Immolate + Steam is synergy because the burning from immolate allows steam to blind. Vamp + this is not synergy, in the same way that mending + healing breeze isn't synergy. They just do similar things. 74.215.145.113 05:32, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- 5health+5health=10health. 10 health > 5 health. please tell me how that is not two things combining to make something greater than being used seperately? Briar 05:35, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- If each effect gave 5 health, it would still be 5 health w/o the other one. They have no connection with one another. In my previous example, immolate, does damage and burning. Steam does damage. But if you combine them, steam also inflicts blindness. Do you understand now? 74.215.145.113 05:39, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- I understand you perfectly. And i see the synergy in those skills. But i also see synergy here. Just because they do different things doesnt mean they dont synergize. For instance, Critical_Eye And wota/wotm Have synergy. Because they compound on eachother to make the effects more potent. Would you not call this synergy? Briar 05:43, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Are you talking about the crit chance? If so, that is not synergy. However, those skills do have synergy in that wota and wotm will increase the energy gained from crit eye. If crit eye didn't give 1 energy every critical, they would have no synergy. In fact, their effect would decrease due to how criticals are calculated. 74.215.145.113 05:47, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Alright so answer me this, If its not synergy then what DO you call it? Briar 05:49, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Stacking the same effect? It doesn't really have a name. 74.215.145.113 05:52, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Mkay then. I still think your wrong but i honestly dont care enough to start a revert war over it. Good day. Briar 06:15, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

- 1 + 1 = 2 is no synergy:
- Lightning Hammer does 100 damage on its own.
- Galrath Slash does 100 damage on its own.
- Together, they do 200 damage.
- Neither skill benefits from the other.
- 1 + 1 = 3 is some synergy:
- Sever Artery inflicts Bleeding on its own.
- Gash does nothing on its own.
- Together, they cause bleeding AND extra damage and deep wound from Gash.
- One skill (Gash) benefits from the other (Sever Artery).
- 1 + 1 = 4 is lots of synergy.
- Mystic Regeneration gives 3 regen on its own.
- Mystic Vigor gives 5 health per hit on its own.
- Together, they give 3 regen, 5 health per hit, AND an additional 3 regen from Mystic Regeneration AND an additional 5 health per hit from Mystic Vigor.
- Both skills benefit from each other.
- I hope that cleared things up. ♥ is for Raine, etc. 14:01, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
