Talk:NPC guilds

I would have thought the Ascalon Vanguard and Order of Sunspears can't be guilds because Proph and NF characters are automatically members of one or the other, but also have the option to join a guild and I'm pretty sure it's impossible to be in two guilds at the same time. I'd add the Ebon Vanguard to that list but I've never been entirely clear on whether players join or are just helping them. 86.164.68.112 13:30, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

NPC guilds do not follow the same lines as player guilds. The PCs also join the White Mantle, the Shining Blade, and Order of Whispers. This is because player guilds have no influence on the story, while NPC guilds do. -- Konig/talk 14:03, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
