fast casting?

Not really a very needed attribute for only +1 is it? There's hardly any skills in Fast Casting, so for the most part you'd be trying to get point zero something second faster of a cast. Of Mastery would work for fast casting if you're really intent on getting a +1 to the stat, just use that sort of staff instead of say Fire Magic. I can see a monk or something in pvp wanting to theoretically have slightly faster spells, but realistically they won't be that much faster from a +1 to make any difference.
