requirement vs preceding quest

Why is "The Honorable General completed" listed as a requirement rather than just calling that the preceding quest? Am I missing some important distinction here? Mist Y (talk) 19:59, 10 June 2018 (UTC)

I would assume that is because the requirement doesn't really follow into this quest. If you take policy at face value it should be in the infobox, not the requirements section. Loggy (talk) 20:07, 10 June 2018 (UTC)
