Thank you ![edit]

Hello and thanks for the research and additions regarding minion tricks, this is very nice of you :) ! SO some gates are still glitchable in dungeons ? That's interesting... (Ruine Eternelle)-- 11:46, 21 February 2017 (UTC)

Afflicted Necromancer / The Eternal Grove[edit]

Did you thoroughly test this? In case you played thru the mission once and didnt notice any Ns doesn't mean they can't spawn. You might not have noticed them, luck of the draw, you name it. Steve1 (talk) 05:59, 17 August 2018 (UTC)

I did the mission a whole bunch of times (it was ZM) and didn't see any necros. I'm not sure how much more thorough I can be! Mist Y (talk) 20:48, 21 August 2018 (UTC)

A New Necromancer Trainer[edit]

Any particular reason you reverted my edit? Cleaned up definition of path and added mention of traveling NPCs used to mark these roads. Justice (talk) 20:15, 25 September 2018 (UTC)

It was in the wrong section. I fixed it.

The Hero's Challenge[edit]

So you did Augury Rock, but not Dragon's Lair and had someone do the Drok's run in order to test this? O.o Steve1 (talk) 17:33, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

That is correct. I still haven't done Dragon's Lair on that character, so I can provide some screenshots if necessary. Mist Y (talk) 05:34, 18 April 2019 (UTC)
All in the name of science! ;)
Not for me. Might be useful for posterity though. Steve1 (talk) 17:24, 18 April 2019 (UTC)
Actually I just did it like that because it was more convenient to get a Droks run for max armour before completing the desert, and then after I ascended I saw no reason to complete Dragon's Lair. Knowing that it's unnecessary should be quite useful for anyone doing the same. Mist Y (talk) 15:39, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
sometime this week I will see if cantha ascension works too. I have droks on my prophecies character but not desert missions. Justice (talk) 20:25, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
I went ahead and did nahpui quarter this weekend on my prophecies character. It didn't cause vanyi to give quest. Justice (talk) 07:47, 21 July 2019 (UTC)

RFA - Sysop nomination[edit]

I mentioned on a discussion regarding inactive admins on the wiki that I was considering nominating you for a sysop role. The way I see it, you represent a part of the gw community that generally doesn't participate in the wiki, and, my personal feelings aside, I feel your voice would be a good one to add to the discussion. After the current round of RFAs, I'm going to nominate some additional sysops, and was hoping you'd be willing to give it a shot. horrible | contribs 17:04, 30 May 2020 (UTC)

To be honest, I have no idea what a sysop does. I don't mind loudly giving my opinion on stuff, but if you need someone superactive, I'm afraid I may be too busy with other responsibilities. Mist Y (talk) 17:03, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
Primarily, I'm looking for the former. the janitorial tasks are for the most part covered as much as needed, so even just loudly giving opinions would be perfect. horrible | contribs 00:17, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
I still don't know what a sysop is, but feel free to point me in the direction of things that need opinions. Mist Y (talk) 06:23, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Glad you feel the same.

I sometimes feel like the revert-d1ck of the wiki so didn't wanna add the delete tag in case it's actually used in some circles ... Steve1 (talk) 16:46, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

yeeeah after the nonsense about SPain, I was more than a little surprised to see Stowerpone left alone for 5 days. Mist Y (talk) 00:14, 21 August 2020 (UTC)

You will add some info to the range page regarding gwinch? ATM, there is nothing there, no explanation at all. So your new redirect doesn't make sense yet. Steve1 (talk) 21:06, 11 May 2022 (UTC)

Yes, I'm working on the Range page right now. I'm in two minds about proposing a merge between that and Area of effect. Do you think I should put the gwinch explanation on both pages? Mist Y (talk) 22:39, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
I'd say those two pages could be merged. if we keep both articles, then gwinch would fit better on the Range page, if it's edited appropriately. Steve1 (talk) 18:50, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
