Moa Chick[edit]

it should be noted that this quest also is part of the moa egg riddle, shouldn't it? Zerpha The Improver 15:36, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

I will figure out a wording to put it in under the notes. Thanks for the head's up. --Sktbrd341 15:40, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
I have added the information to the notes section let me know if that sounds good. --Sktbrd341 15:42, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Repeatable?[edit]

Is the quest repeatable now or did it just reset once to let people to get the Moa minipet? Or is it maby repeatable until you have created the moa? What if you do the quest now without creating the moa, can you still get this quest to create the bird later on? -- Gem (gem / talk) 12:14, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

It appears that it is repeatable. I just finished it to get my black moa chick and eternal conqurer of sorrow's furnace statue and I can take it again. --Rainith 03:57, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
The Forge Heart has always been repeatable, don't know why the final assault was reset once. --24.179.151.252 10:33, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Ah, so the Final Assault isn't repeatable, it was just reset? And it's the sub quest that is repeatable. -- Gem (gem / talk) 10:56, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
No, This Final Assault is repeatable, at seems that it is for me, as I can take it again and I have completed it just within the last day. --Rainith 06:07, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
Ok. -- Gem (gem / talk) 13:36, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
This raises my question - since the Final Assault has been reset, does this mean that I can get a 2nd Moa Chick? I completed this a few years ago, but on checking I find that I can do the whole series of quests again.
Each toon can only get one Moa because you can only get one Incubator Kit  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 02:48, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

Boss spawns[edit]

Would it be worth putting a note on the page, that quite a few of the Sorrow's Furnace bosses do not spawn if this quest is active. Just spent an hour mopping up mobs and the only bosses were on the way to the furnace. 82.16.137.96 23:16, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Quest Requirements[edit]

If you take a party to do FA, do all people need to have the quest active, or does 1 person with FA suffice? Because I tried this with guildies who wanted the moa chick, and after we talked to Ennis, the first line (locate Ennis) got striked through, so I thought it was fine, but as soon as we entered SF, the arrow pointed outside again, and Ennis wasn't inside with us... We tried this twice, with the same result. Some guildies hadn't done the previous 4 quests in SF yet... Sjeng 20:11, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

I had this happen to me today with H/H. If Ennis stops following you on the way to Sorrow's Furnace, you have to click on him and have him follow you again, or else he will stay outside. It's annoying to have to go back to the start just because he stops following. FloppyJoe 15:22, 12 July 2009
It happened to me too, with H/H... that's the reason for I've looked here in the discussion page. I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for the explanation! Should we add a Bug note on the article? - Lukas Mantor 13:57, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
Added bug note. - Lukas Mantor 07:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Prospector & Djinns[edit]

ok, for some reason when i finished this quest the reward NPC (dwarven prospector) was not outside the outpost but moved way into the map, right in front of the entrance to snake dance in fact. Also i just confirmed that the flame Djinn's DO have hex-shortening, its pretty obvious once you use something like wastrel's worry. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.231.13.221 (talk) at 11:01, 12 May 2011 (UTC).

There are three different dwarven prospectors in Grenth's footprint - one at snakes dance, one at the outpost and one at spearhead peak. Perhaps you had the one from the outpost following you healing minions or something - quest marker usually points to the snakes dance one even though it can be picked up from any of the prospectors.--File:User Chieftain Alex Chieftain Signature.pngChieftain Alex 13:24, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
