Not even near 10k. It's easily farmable, so I'd say more like most green farmable and usable items in the game, around 3-5k unless they're hard to farm. Modti's Depravation is imho much more useful for a curses necro btw. 40%HCT helps much with SS or Rend enchantments casting, though now that we've got Mindbender casting time can directly be halved without mods. Dye Color

I don't think it's right. I'm very very sure it's not red dye because I just tried it on an Evil Eye staff. Than 06:29, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
