Appearance[edit]

It's too bad that they don't have a special shape...there are many ranger pets that do the same and look diffrent. Vampiric Horros and Bone Horros look same and do diffrent things. Sometimes it would also be useful to be able to decide this except for their diffrent names... —ZerphatalkThe Improver 18:11, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

they say that it rarely hits more then 15 but wouldn't it synchronize well with the paragon skill go for the eyes

It does even more with OoU. Either you have a pet that heals you or a ranged one. Noctarch 15:58, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

Level Range[edit]

I've seen Diseased Minister summon a lvl 22 VH. Just for the record. Treesbyty 23:47, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Scaling Please?[edit]

I'd like to see some scaling for lvl 20 Vampiric Horrors, too. I'd research it myself, but I honestly don't know how to do it. Reason I ask is because my hero MM has lvl 20 VHs, and I don't know if its worth him using Masochism to get there. Thanks in advance! ~ A R A ~ 04:48, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

Research would mostly involve creating a level 20 minion, using Verata's Aura to turn it hostile, then letting it hit you to see what happens. (60 AL with shields for damage-type testing works very well.) ··· Danny Pew Pew 19:56, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

Bonus healing![edit]

Just tested this. If minion has splinter weapon, brutal weapon, or Order of Undeath, you also get healed more. Splinter's healing comes in separate packets (can get crazy), the others do not. Barbs doesn't give bonus healing.
