Spawn?

Found him by the exit from Kessex Peak to Black Curtain, On my Laptop without fraps, and on ATT, so a screeny is a PITA, but he is there, not on the map currently posted. Near Kessex Portal - confirmed

After 8 HM runs, havent seen any boss, Saw him once before i had the quest active, but never since...

Confirming kesex portal location, it seems that this quest changes spawns and actually removes boss spawn point which he shares with two toher bosses. It seems that variable location bosses have one set spawn when quest is active. Zweistein 17:05, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
