Walkthrough[edit]

Sooo, yeah. Any tips?--ScorpDeception63 01:09, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Walk up, kill stuff, walk away, repeat.BurrTheKing 01:22, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Pfft that's no fun. Just sayin', it's a tad "un-fun" in Hardmode doing these ones that require quite a bit of traversing.--ScorpDeception63 01:32, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Here's what I did... 3 caster heroes. Clear the courtyard as well as the entire southern beach. Move around to the Northern edge of the courtyard's Southern end, and cast at anything that came close enough to agro. Justicular Kasandra will come charging out, kite them out the southern end towards the beach, leading Kasandra out of the gate to the beach. Once they were outside the courtyard, and break agro, they'll get stuck on the edge of the courtyard entrance while trying to return to their spot. Come up to casting range and let lose with all you've got. It may take a few attempts to get them stuck, but if your DPS is decent enough, you can solo Kasandra. Gwynna Vive 12:00, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
That boss mob was pretty tough. I almost gave up, but read this, wondered what you were talking about, and decided to see if I could get them stuck. On both northern and southern ends of the temple there is a piece of land close enough to aggro Kasandra's group, which will then come running around to get you (except for the pet, which will have shadowstepped to you). Do this from the northern end, then run out the gate and immediately turn south. They will (hopefully) get stuck there, unable to do anything. The Jade boss ought to make it there last, but if he doesn't he may become a problem. I took out all of them except the jade with just me, using an SoS build. 68.47.182.211 01:59, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
You soloed this quest using an SoS build? And people say SoS is not over powered... 83.163.223.50 11:19, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
Solo with Fire EMo... YMLAD, Searing Flames, Glowing Gaze, Liquid Flame, Flame Djinn's Haste, Meteor Shower, Breath of Fire, Healing Breeze. Hit&Run. Not recommended, but doable! Gwynna Vive 04:58, 10 August 2010 (UTC)

Post- Battle for Lion's Arch dialogue[edit]

Not sure if you guys wanted to include this version of the quest dialogue that you get after completing the WiK storyline: http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/900/postbattlewantedkasandr.jpgUser Kyrasantae Fin sig.gif kyrasantae 04:40, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

No tips?[edit]

Any tips besides exploiting broken game mechanics? 83.163.223.50 10:49, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

Same as anything in hardmode: Minions, Spirits, Armor ignoring damage and blanket protection and/or shutdown. Rediculously easy considering you practically get a full medal for completion. Kay - 08:54, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
Rediculously easy? Love how people over state easy every time someone says something is difficult. Its almost like they are trying to brag and infact are probably the same people crying for help ingmae who I then drop everything to assist just to regret it halfway through AND THEN get no ty after. Huge sentence, go ahead and pick apart my spelling/gramar to recover some dignity. Justice 04:22, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Never mind HM, even NM is not an "easy A", especially with nothing but H&H!! The spawns spew so often and so many (at one point I counted over 15 foes just begging me to enter the courtyard). And, the L10 Henchmen don't really offer a lot of help--- they do annoy---but only until after the first swing!. Fortunately, AoE and spirits work fine against the right side of the courtyard--staying against the fortress wall BEFORE crossing the bridge. You can pick off foes 1 by 1, and occasionally aggro a larger group without a WHOLE lot of stress. Cairn the "unstoppable" is usually the biggest threat around the bridge!.Undouble 22:47, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
@Justice That's pretty much why I generally avoid participating (commenting or otherwise) in the wiki. That elitist attitude is plastered just about everywhere. Dasanko 17:27, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
Lol "elitist" I've never played a single HA or GvG game in all the 3 years I've played this game, I've never ran discordway or spiritway once and I've never even had a single ecto before, and I did this easily in HM. Stop QQing. 174.0.63.227 03:06, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
I've done even DoA on my lonesome with heroes (and no cons), and I'll confide that this is a difficult bounty, even with the full hero update. Frozen Soil makes most White Mantle mobs relatively simple in HM, but in this one, the Jade Armor boss tends to normally get at least a single kill, and pulling Kassandra's group away from their Jade Cloak and double healers is difficult. Frozen Soil often gets nuked by the Cloak, even if you plant it a fair distance away, and the White Mantle tend to rez spam you to death then. So yeah, I've done it in hard mode, several times, but each and everytime I recall getting frustrated with the mob at some point. 82.11.226.30 00:22, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

I'm not ashamed to admit that a cupcake made a big difference for me. Was very difficult to H/H this in HM before it, and really not very hard after it.--71.185.41.90 22:43, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Once you know how to do it, this formerly daunting bounty is not hard at all. On your way there, don't kill any unnecessary foes; if you do happen to wipe at the end, you can use remaining foes to reduce death penalty and make new minions. But you shouldn't wipe at the end. When you get to the bridge, pull, because those groups can converge and make an annoying fight. When you get to Kasandra at the end, first kill the group patrolling the circular passage around her lair, then camp out at a corner by the staircase up to her little perch, have a tank pull any foe in her group, and whale on them as they all come around the corner like lunkheads. A mesmer helps. And yeah, a cupcake helps too.--98.114.178.200 09:07, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
