Background Color[edit]
Shouldn't we have consistency with the color scheme? Until they make undead minions that are summoned by another profession, we should color this necro like. StatMan 22:56, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- I agree we should have consistency with the colour scheme - the colour scheme being the colour of the NPC infobox, since that's the only other template on those pages and these are all types of NPC. -- Brains12 \ talk 23:40, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- Note that he said he thinks we should color this necro like. Meaning inconsistent with the NPC infobox. — Balistic 07:08, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I know, but there's ambiguity around what "colour scheme" means (since on those pages, there is only one other template so it could mean that theme, or it could mean the necro colour theme since these are necro creations) - I think it should be the infobox. -- Brains12 \ talk 14:35, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I was referring to this formatting. StatMan 16:03, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- NPC infobox color imo; While the minions are theoretically reserved for necromancers (currently), it doesn't mean that they are a necro-only thing. And NPC color makes more sense, as those minions are NPCs. poke | talk 16:11, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I agree. Similar to Template:Henchmen nav (which is coloured in the NPC colour), this is a list of NPCs; these ones just happen to be created by necromancers. They're not even of the necromancer profession themselves. Also, Template:Necromancer minion creation nav is a list of skills, so that should use the skill infobox colour. That's where the consistency is, and Guild Wars Wiki:Formatting/Infoboxes seems to imply as much. -- Brains12 \ talk 16:23, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I also agree it should be the NPC infobox color, not the necromancer color. It also doesn't need the necromancer icon. -- Wyn talk 16:28, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- That's like saying swords aren't necessarily for warriors. Sure, currently they are, but later they might not be. Until there are player skills that summon minions that are not necro skills, we should consider this a necro box. Necromancer means "Dead Magic". No one else would animate the dead. /revive. Should we go ahead and change it to the NPC infobox colour? -- pling 22:21, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
