Lead Attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +10...26...30 damage. If you are under the effects of an Enchantment, you gain 5...9...10 Energy.
Reason: Increased damage, decrease recharge. The goal for this attack was make it possible to use this skill for energy management, but even in this state, I doubt it will see much play. To remove the enchantment requirement would be a first, making it a Lead Attack Lotus Strike.
