Lead Attack. If this attack hits, your target suffers from Bleeding for 1...10...12 seconds and recieve + 5...13...15. If that Foe was already suffering from Bleeding, they recieve an additional 5...13...15 damage.

Reason: I made it have a similar mechanics to Searing Flames, so it could be used like Repeating Strike or as a Lead Attack.
