Hamstring
(user skill)
Sword Attack. This attack deals no damage. If it hits a moving foe, they become knocked down other wise, they're crippled for 4...9...10 seconds.
Reason: This skill seems very powerful, but I feel it would promote a different elite on sword warriors then Crip Slash. I can see this skill being strong on a sword warrior who runs this and Bull's Strike. This skill also only inflicts the crippling and knockdown if it hits a moving foe, which limits it's power quite a bit.
I changed this so its either one or the other, it was to powerful with both, I also moved it to Tactics because if you would want the cripple duration for this skill, you'd have to tap into 3 attributes.
