Evelex Slep	Dismember is Evelex Slep's favorite skill.
	A theif leader who leads his group of theives he calls the "Tattered Battle Flags"that opertates in the Charr homelands. He is a theif of legend, one of his greatest feats stealing a celestial sheild (it was actually a drop by the way, I DIDN'T HACK) from the celestial ministry. Eventually, he became bored of being a theif and joined the Ebon Vanguard, along with the rest of his band of theives. While he mostly serves his own interests, he has plenty of honor and enjoys having lots of followers.
