Background
My wife and I started playing the Guild Wars game back in May 2005 after growing tired of World of Warcraft, Neverwinter Nights and Diablo II. Our first real guild was that of Veritas Invictus [TRUE] back when it was first forming. Eventually due to a dispute over how alliances in the upcoming Factions release were to be handled many members from this broke off to form the Crusaders of Valhalla [Odin]. When [Odin] decided to create its own themed alliance based upon norse mythology I was nominated to create and lead the first spin-off guild known as Crusaders of Asgard [Thor]. Finally when I felt the Asgard alliance had grown faster than it could really support I, and many other link minded members, decided to leave and form our current guild known as Souls of Torment [RIP]. While we have enjoyed being a part of a few good alliances our members decided to form its own alliance which is where we find ourselves today.
