Preface[edit]
This is a fairly original Team Arena setup that can counter the typical balanced setup of 1 War, 1 Ranger, 1 FF Nec and 1 Monk with relative ease. Since I only played Warrior or Fire ele whenever I ran this with a guild whose tag was [NOVA], I don't remember the full bars for the Monk and the Mesmer. The build is named NOVA-way after the guild of the ones who invented it (I was not in that guild).

Build Concept[edit]
The Warrior's job is to lineback the enemy Warrior or melee Physical until he rages in all chat and even after that. The more the enemy warrior rages at you, the better you're doing your job. Elementalist's job is to do damage to whatever has the lowest armor versus fire damage while keeping himself uninterrupted and melee-free with Mirage Cloak. The Mesmer has a pure utility role of destroying the enemy's monk energy and interrupting Woh when it's not disabled by Signet of Humility. The Mesmer who used to run this in NOVA was pretty damn good and had such a strong ping he could time an interrupt easily through the casting of Woh. Since both the Mesmer and Elementalist have a self-heal and the enemy warrior is constantly linebacked, it makes the healing monk's job to heal and clean the frontline fairly easy.
