Ello, I was an avid HA'r till I reliased that it's a waste of time and full of bad players. Like you, I used the playNC support system many times to try and eliminate all the shitters, several of which that were in your bad players list! I reported Kyle for buying an account, quoted the exact ToS agreement he broke and gave it to playNC. Their response (funny enough, ApplePython's response): Hello, buying accounts from an online site or another player is legal as long as the trade wasn't for in-game currency. Thank you.

I also tried to report Chaos Of Dwaynas, a legendary SFway queen. The result, he got banned :D, 5 minutes later... after he was banned he pm's me: "nice try, but i'm friends with izzy u fucking cubscout". So, i ask playNC why they unbanned someone who called me a nigger 4 times in all chat. Their response: "the player will be suspended again, thank you". Once again, within 10 minutes he sends me a guest invite to FINE SFspikers and has his guildies pm me.

Funny thing is that I'm currently sitting out a 2 week ban for saying: "Germany ftw? ww2 ^^" in all chat in kamadan international. Two weeks for that... really says how much they are.----
