Do wallows lay eggs?[edit]

I'm a big fan of these and have been wondering about this. I've thought they're like a cross between boar (with their tusks and truffle-loving nature) and echidna/porcupine/hedhehog (since they are spikey). But boars, porcupine and hedgehog give live birth while echidna lays eggs so what of the wallow? ZencowUser Ox rider Sig.png 04:43, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

They look more like moles to me. Their bodies show some kind of resemblance to moles and rodents. MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 23:21, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

I'd have assumed that the Wallows were not even mammalian so they would presumably lay eggs Dante Broekhart 17:16, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

They definably look like mammals to me. Also they were based off of hamsters in some aspects, so I've heard (the part of them being used in those little wheels that move those nice little carriage-thingies that is only seen in two places of the game). -- Konig/talk 17:36, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
Konig, What kind of hampster do you own?, second, how long has it been dieing for? --NeilUser Neil2250 sig icon6.png 17:38, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
I don't own a hamster. It was stated... somewhere, perhaps by Emily, that there were some aspects of the wallows/how the Kurzicks use them which were influenced by an ArenaNet employee's pet hamster - I think it was mainly just how they're used by the Kurzicks (as mentioned, there are two in wheels akin to the hamster wheels - just go to either Arborstone or Fort Aspenwood missions, and look for the carriage-like cart, above it). I'll look for where it was mentioned though. -- Konig/talk 22:23, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
Interesting, I search and found nothing outside that Gaile had an "evil" hamster. *scratches head* -- Konig/talk 22:38, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
