Hey, what's the reason for reuploading all those images? Just curious -- Brains12Talk 18:51, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

Consistent size/ratio, some images had visible borders, these look crispier, no cropping to get rid of the border, the old images were scaled up on their respective pages. Sure it might not be an overly visible improvement all the time, but a minor improvement is still an improvement. ;) — Galil User Galil sig.png 18:53, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Ah ok :) -- Brains12Talk 18:54, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
God, I never realized Tyria had so many outposts... Gonna do pre-searing now, then I'll take a break before doing Cantha and Elona. — Galil User Galil sig.png 19:34, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Good luck ^^ -- Brains12Talk 20:12, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Heh, I did more or less the same thing back on GuildWiki to standardise the icons :D troublesome to say the least. Btw, great looking user page, better than the old one on GuildWiki (if you're one and the same ;) -- ab.er.rant sig 06:36, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. ^^ Indeed I am. And yes, those icons are quite a pain. Especially those you can't get a hold of. I couldn't do some of the kurzick ones as I had no chars that had those outposts on their maps. I do now though, so I'll get those last two or three tomorrow. Quite thankful now for insisting that my ranger at least should get all the prophecies outposts on her map. :P — Galil User Galil sig.png 06:50, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Indeed, that userpage looks fantastic. Simplicity ftw :P -- Brains12Talk 16:09, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Glad you like it. :) — Galil User Galil sig.png 20:08, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Actually, I'm quite the minimalist, so I can't disagree there about simplicity. :P — Galil User Galil sig.png 20:09, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks for undoing that unwanted change on my userbox page :) Barinthus 07:30, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Most welcome. :) — Galil User Galil sig.png 07:32, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Zho's Journal

Nice job uploading the images for Zho's Journal. I had a quick question. Would you oppose to 'thumbing' them to be consistent with the Hero's Handbook and Master Dungeon Guide? Rappy 01:07, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Not at all. I looked at those pages before I changed the article, to get consistency. But it looked very odd on Zho's Journal, but I guess you've got a point. Consistency is good. — Galil Talk page 01:09, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
After all that work, I didn't want to go behind you and do it and try to take credit =p Rappy 01:11, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Heh, I'm not that self-centered. ;) Anyway there we are, consistency. ^^ — Galil Talk page 01:17, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Looks great =) Rappy 01:20, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Guild

Ah, for a guild, maybe mine might do, but it's very small, yet the alliance is old, and very much into PvE.. If you'd like the chance to influence [Tru], mine is up for recruiting you. --People of Antioch talk User People of Antioch sig.png 02:36, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Tycko 11:41, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

(Responding in English) Woot! Suggestions! I feel the need to point out however, the most ideal guild for me would be a guild with only 12 members where everybody was active. That way you could always do anything. But then, seeing as I tend to go inactive from time to time that wouldn't work out for me, so I'd better join a guild where inactivity wouldn't be a problem (such as Helena's). The question would then be, how many members are there? Obviously if inactivity isn't a problem in a guild, it must have more members to offset the inactivity of others. Instruments Of Truth sounds like a good guild, but not one for me tbh. I hate relying on alliances and want to be in a guild that's strong on its own. Thanks for the note though! :)
(Rest of response in Swedish) Swac låter riktigt intressant.

Tycko 12:59, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Hmm, well, I tried. I'm mostly the active one. But I'm looking for more, as if there are more people on anyway, the better chance people will stay on. Anyways, take care. --People of Antioch talk User People of Antioch sig.png 15:32, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
- talk helena 19:08, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Det har du ju alldeles rätt i. Fixa! :P — Galil Talk page 10:46, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

Excellent User Page

I'd just like to say that I think your user page is one of the nicest I've ever seen. How did you make it? --Alreajk

You may want to look at the source code ;) -- Brains12Talk 21:21, 19 January 2008 (UTC)::
D'oh! Alreajk 21:40, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Anyway, do you mind If I mess around with it, Galil? Alreajk
First, glad you appreciate it. About messing around with it, I wouldn't mind at all. The code itself isn't too much of an achievement. Seeing as this is a wiki I had to make an image the background of pretty much everything. The code would have a lot more to do with it if I was coding an actual webpage. ;) — Galil Talk page 10:43, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
Ok, I hope you know I meant that I wanted to mess around with a copy of it in my sandbox, not actually gonna screw around with your page :P. Alreajk 00:25, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Of course. The latter I wouldn't have agreed on. ;) — Galil Talk page 01:12, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Just wanted to say your user page looks much better on IE with your latest edit, looks great now :) --Kakarot Talk 14:28, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. :) Encountered some trouble with IE when I first created it, but I realized I just didn't have my head with me. :P — Galil Talk page 14:31, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Hey, I haven't seen it before, but I noticed it now. After the "IE update" your page looks strange to me (Firefox 2.0.0.11, 1400x1050). [1] - talk helena 07:08, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

So it seems. Fixed now. Had forgotten a width. :S — Galil Talk page 15:43, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Beautiful user page design... Nice job. :) - nian User Nian Sig.png 20:48, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
