Getting Ready[edit]

I'd like to get your opinion on this. Thanks. — Gares 14:03, 11 February 2007 (PST)

Your thoughts...[edit]

Would be appreciated here. Thanks!--File:VallenIconwhitesmall.JPG Vallen Frostweaver 10:39, 27 February 2007 (EST)

Question[edit]

Hi, I'm leaving this message here because I found your name on the Bestiary/NPC... formatting talk pages @ GuildWiki. We're currently trying to create a formatting guide for it here as well, but so far without sufficient response. I'd appreciate it if you could drop by and leave your comment(s). Initial discussion started here, but is continued here. Thanks in advance ;). --Erszebet 09:43, 5 March 2007 (EST)

Gaile logs[edit]

Didnt see your notice and Stabbers removal till I had mine done. Has Gaile requested the specific text you put there (no wikifying, etc) somewhere that I am not aware of? From her comment on the talk page I gather that she is rather worried about vandalism in general and not strictly opposed to all edits. --Xeeron 07:01, 15 February 2007 (PST)

I'm not sure if Gaile has ever suggested that we should not "disambiguate" on her behalf, but I agree with Stabber's logic; I don't think we should put words into Gaile's mouth. It's a difficult situation, because it is in the main namespace, but we would not sanction the editing of someone's contributions on a talk page, and this is a similar thing. If we edit Gaile's logs too much, we run the risk of distorting her meaning and possibly giving out the wrong message. LordBiro 07:07, 15 February 2007 (PST)
Xeeron: I think it was me who added the message box you're talking about, not LordBiro. No, Gaile didn't ask for the specific text to be added. I added it because I think we have 3 options: 1) Add a prominent warning message. 2) Move page to Gaile's namespace. 3) Protect page. But these options should be discussed on Talk:Gaile logs. --Tetris L 07:10, 15 February 2007 (PST)
You are right, I checked the last two edits before mine and assumed that LordBiro had added the box with this edit. --Xeeron 08:28, 15 February 2007 (PST)

Your signature violates official policy :p[edit]

GWW:SIGN, which is now official policy, says: "User signatures should not be stored on a separate page. Your signature must be in the "Nickname" text box in your preferences." You just created User:LordBiro/Sig. A policy violation by a SysOp?! Ts ts ts ... ;) :p --Tetris L 07:21, 15 February 2007 (PST)

GWW:SIGN#Customizing_your_signature, see the words in Resulting Display...classic. lol — Gares 07:36, 15 February 2007 (PST)
Lol, I would like you to provide evidence that I used it! :P And while we're on the subject of signatures, is this signature annoying? LordBiro 09:14, 15 February 2007 (PST)
The flow is worse than your old one -- as far as letters connecting to each other goes, "dB" looks a lot nicer than "dB". — 130.58 (talk) 13:49, 15 February 2007 (PST)
Is this better? LordBiro 14:10, 15 February 2007 (PST)
It's great. -- Gem (gem / talk) 03:39, 16 February 2007 (PST)
I'm glad you like it Gem, but I think for now I will just stick with the old-fashioned way :) LordBiro 03:50, 16 February 2007 (PST)
Classic LordBiro is the best so far, imho. — 130.58 (talk) 05:39, 16 February 2007 (PST)

Speaking of signatures/policy... could you wipe out User:Auron/Sig? I made that before I read the bit about not storing it on a separate page. -Auron My talk 06:24, 16 February 2007 (PST)

Done :) LordBiro 06:40, 16 February 2007 (PST)

Skill opinion[edit]

Can you take a look here and let me know what you think? Thanks. --File:VallenIconwhitesmall.JPG Vallen Frostweaver 16:07, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
